At your first appointment, we will discuss the history to your problems and look at your posture and the way you move. These factors are crucial in developing a targetted, effective massage treatment plan.
You will receive massage and soft tissue treatment and we will assess the immediate results. Then you will plan subsequent treatments with Phil.
£40.00. Up to 90 minutes
All your subsequent treatments will be for up to 45 minutes and cost £30.00
